Role

You would be required to have a good understanding of the functionalities of the client organization.

You will be directly interacting with the client and the key users, involved in scoping studies, suggest solution through SAP, train the key users, and configure the SAP-module. You should have excellent knowledge of documentation, quality, user training and macro analysis.

BACHELORS DEGREE REQUIRED

Experience

• Manager / Senior Manager / Associate Partner with a “Big” outsourcing or consulting firm.

• Project or Programme management experience with a global, multi-install SAP implementation, upgrade and/or rollout experience (minimum 10 years of hands on SAP exp)

• Demonstrated ability to consult with clients, including independently identifying client needs, developing action plans, identifying deliverables, and presenting results

• Demonstrated ability to assess comparative estimates derived from different methods, recommend refinements to existing estimation processes and methods, perform estimation for large programmes or medium projects, and develop business cases for complex projects.

• Demonstrated ability to manage interrelated projects of high complexity and impact to the organization while implementing SAP, including identifying, maintaining, and/or adjusting the cost, scope, and resources, managing vendors, overseeing the formal planning, tracking, and reporting on project performance, making budget projections, and identifying and mitigating obstacles.

• Expert knowledge of quality planning and custom-tailored project processes based on customer requirements, define project standards, set/monitor quality goals, conduct project reviews and audits, and perform risk assessment and mitigation

• Knowledge and experience with requirement specifications to define scope and system boundaries, recommend alternative methods to achieve complex system requirements and estimate resource implications of requirements at a high le

• Exposure to CxO and senior management client resources including presentations and executive steering committee interaction

• Demonstrated ability to accurately analyze information, effectively integrate people processes, systems, and technologies, and make strategic decisions that have cross-organizational impact

• Ability to lead client sales activities and work in coordination as part of a larger sales team for add-on sales and/or involvement in new clients

• “Trusted advisor/Thought leader” status at previous clients with at least one industry vertical and business process strength

• Bid lead experience for major implementation(s).

• Must be proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Project and Visio.
