Our client is one of the world’s largest US law firms, with allmost 4 000 lawyers in more than 60 offices

worldwide, with a solid presence and an outstanding reputation in all continents ww.

The firm will be opening its new Luxembourg office in the course of 2010.

The firm’s investment fund team will be handling a large and diversified scope of work, including UCITS,

alternative funds and regulatory issues for management companies or PSF.

To the firm is looking to strengthen this team with a

Lawyer Investment Funds (m/f) with at least 3/4 years PQE

Profile

Education

 

Law degree obtained with good results; registered at an European Bar;

Experience

- A proven strong professional with a high level of self-motivation and professionalism;

- Successful first experience of 3-4 years in a reputed Luxembourg business law firm, at least partially

gained in an Investment Funds practice;

Languages

 

- Fluency in English and in French and/or German are required.
