Add Value has been awarded the Federgon Certified Member quality label for the fourth time. 37 Federgon RSS members out of more than 240 are granted this prestigious award.

Federgon Certified Membership offers companies as well as candidates clear quality guarantees and is intended to be a guide for both companies and candidates.

This membership is an additional quality certification on top of the regional legislation, the federal legislation and the Federgon Quality Charter.

For many years now, Federgon’s endeavours to encourage its members to constantly challenge their quality and service standards have benefited the market as a whole: clients, candidates and service providers. We are proud to participate in this evolution and to be amongst the first recruitment service providers to be awarded this new quality label.
