Mathijs Snoeks

Consultant internship

Mathijs Snoeks is a 22 year old student at the free university of Brussels. Now entering his second and last master year of industrial and organizational psychology. He is excited and driven to gain some experience on the work floor and learn the tricks of the trade.

Mathijs immediately knew he wanted to work at Add Value, not only do their values align. With the expertise of his colleagues he knows he can acquire the necessary skills.
During his internship he is also looking closer at the topics wellbeing and interview techniques. This belongs to his project that he will carry out.  He is eager to learn more and hopes to become a competent psychologist.
