Consultant Internship

I’m Pauline Ravelingeen, a 21-year-old student at Ghent University, currently in the second and final year of my master’s degree in Industrial and Organizational Psychology. I’m excited to finally enter the professional world and to continue learning and growing as a future business psychologist.

My goal is to help people develop in their careers and to find the perfect match between candidates and companies. I’m grateful to Add Value for giving me the opportunity to further develop myself and hopefully become a competent business psychologist.
