At this moment Nedschroef Machinery is looking for an “INTERNATIONAL SALES MANAGER”.


The successful candidate will be expected to increase market share, develop customer relationships, understand customer needs and be responsible for business growth all over the world.
These following focus areas are critical to success:

• Acquiring new customers, being able to qualify opportunities and following up on existing customers.
• Translate customer needs into mutually beneficial, sustainable value propositions which result in new business.
• Preparation and delivery of proposals and technical/commercial information.
• Work closely with other departments (technical, …) throughout the sales process.
• Willingness and ability to travel 30% to 50% of the time

This position is based in Herentals and will report to the Commercial Director of Nedschroef Machinery.


– Master degree in Engineering (mechanical, machinery, …) or equivalent by experience.

– At least 3 to 5 years working experience in the sales of high-quality technical investment products.
– Ability to demonstrate significant customer interaction is a must
– Strong communication and interpersonal skills
– You are a self-starter and result driven individual.

– Multilingual – Fluent in Dutch & English. Knowledge of other languages (German, Spanish, French,…) is a plus.
