Assessment centers introduce the candidate to the essence of the position being filled : he/she can experience what it is like to work in a particular company. When possible, we involve the client in customizing the case studies (high face validity). We apply the competence model discussed and agreed with the client. All observations are validated by the Add Value consultant in a competency-based interview, in computer-aided tests and reference checks.
We deliver a detailed report, and can provide oral comments or clarifications if needed; we’re also available to provide feedback to the candidate on his/her performance.
