Some facts and figures on Add Value’s performance !

Ultimately, executive search clients assess their consultants on the speed, quality and accuracy in delivering the right candidates for the vacancy.

For the assignments completed in 2014,  Add Value has made  a strong effort to focus on these KPI’s. The results are the following :

Candidate’s presentation :

  • For 41 % of the assignments , candidates were presented within 3 weeks.
  • For 66 % of the assignments , candidates were presented within 4 weeks.
  • For 90 % of the assignments , candidates were presented within 8 weeks.

Assignment completion :

  • 40 % of the assignments were completed within 8 weeks
  • 75% of the assignments were completed within 12 week

Considering the fact that typically direct search is used as a method for highly challenging recruitments, we consider these figures already an  accomplishment. For 2015, we try to do even better !
