He has over 25 years of HR leadership experience in different sectors (in industry as well as in services). Because of his extensive HR experience, Hans can help organisations to develop and implement human capital processes.

He has a profound knowledge of these processes and is convinced that selective recruitment is often the starting point for organisational success.
