Stefan Van Dijck has over 20 years of experience in executive search & recruitment.

He joined Add Value as a partner in 2010 and is based in Add Value’s Antwerp office.

Using his authenticity, discipline and unique personal touch, he has built up a proven track record of successful search & recruitment assignments, mostly in the financial, engineering and commercial sector.

Stefan obtained a Master degree in Psychology from the University of Ghent. Due to his experience and background, he is also frequently asked by our clients to conduct assessment- & development centers.

His main fields of expertise: accounting & financial services, construction & engineering, sales & marketing.
